Run that sh*t like Cardio
Cardi and NIcki out there about to scrap at the Bazaar. Both women attended I'm the Harper's Bazaar ICONS event during NYFW. It was at this time that Cardi approached Nicki and as they say here in Texas, whoop, whoop, da whoop, next thing you know Cardi was charging Nicki up. I get it, shit happens. Everybody's saying it was a fight. Clearly there was no fight. But if security wouldn't have stepped in then there would be something totally different to talk about here.
Both of these women are successful and both are clearly at a financial level that many of us wish we could be at, but does being at a certain level dictate feelings. Hell, truth be told, half of us sit next to a coworker everyday that we want to bust upside the head. First, I'm trying to understand why many people equate a level of success to having a certain amount of money. Comments are being made that Cardi should be more cultured and have more tact because of her status and the status of the people for which she was around at this event. True, there should always be a level of tact. Your intentions are to never go anywhere and mess up someone's event. But, it does happen. To me this was just one of those incidents where it came down to " I need to talk to you right now". Something was clearly said that caused it to escalate to a shoe being thrown at Nicki's head. Let's face the reality of it. Cardi has hoodish tendencies. It is the reason why so many people like her. Her rebellious ways and do it my way attitude is what got her to the level that she's at right now. Now Nicki on the other hand, not so hood, but has a very slick lingo about her. I believe her mouth is the reason why all of this is going on.
Now don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that it was right for this girl to charge NIcki up, but you have to look at the circumstances. They aren't like us. They aren't going to run across each other at the grocery store or the mall. I think the fact that they got into it at the Harper's Bazaar event and not the BET awards that has people looking at them in a particular way. Tell me what you think about the situation.
