Bury Me in My Red Bottoms

I'm not a big fan of macabre pictures but I am a fan of good fashion. Even in her passing, Aretha Franklin is serving high Diva style. People were shocked Mrs. Franklin dressed in a bright red lace dress and pair of Christian Louboutin high heels, with her feet crossed at the ankle. "Page Six also reported that the Franklin was wearing matching “crimson-colored lipstick and nail polish.”

Most people tend to go for more milder tones during the dressing of their loved ones for funerals but celebrities tend to go all out. With as big of a personality that Mrs. Franklin had, it's only befitting that she stand out even in her death. Now, what I was not expecting to see was "Mother" with her feet showing and crossed at the ankle wearing a pair of red bottoms. Going forward, I'm sure we will see many others trying to top this one. Tell me. What's your take on this? Is this too much? Or, is it befitting of her celebrity character?
