In honor of the release of Mary J Blige's "Strength of a Woman" I wanted to give you a song from the album that touches my entire spirit. That thing called love can oftentimes send you to and through so many obstacles. One thing that I always ask myself throughout my adversities is, "What did you learn from this ?" Mary took a broken marriage of infidelity and deception and poured it into her artistry. If this isn't self healing, I don't know what is. This is Mary's thirteenth studio album and it is finally out today and available for stream via Spotify, Apple Music and other digital services.
